Lift

I’ve been going to the gym for over a year now. I’m there usually at least three mornings a week. I would guess over half the weeks I was there five mornings a week. I would highly recommend anyone (with medical clearance) do it as well.

Lucky

Before I started chemotherapy for my Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2000, my physician told me the chemo had been formulated such that sterility (which I read was a common male side effect of chemo) wouldn’t be a problem.

Break Down

Six months later I was told the cancer was back. Tumors had returned to my lungs. I didn’t take the news well.

I coached a team for the first time in my life this morning. My 14 year old daughter, Kaitlin, plays basketball in a rec league.
