Even though Kemo Shark has special vision that can find cancer cells, his vision is not perfect. Usually, Kemo Shark swims up to a cell in mom's body. If it's a good cell (light pink), Kemo swims by. If it's a bad cancer cell (red), Kemo kills it with his special stun vision. Cancer cells cannot hurt Kemo no matter how many he eats.
