The internet is a valuable resource for patients to find more information about their specific disease. At the same time, it is a vast place for information so not every website contains accurate and reliable information.
National Ovarian Cancer Coalition
Through national programs and local Chapter initiatives, the NOCC's goal is to make more people aware of the early symptoms of ovarian cancer. In addition, the NOCC provides information to assist the newly diagnosed patient, to provide hope to survivors, and to support caregivers.
Ovarian Cancer National Alliance
Connect survivors, women at risk, caregivers and health providers with the information and resources they need.
National Cervical Cancer Coalition
Provides education about HPV and cervical cancer, support through their “pals” program that lins a woman with another women who has a similar diagnosis.
Eyes on the Prize
Provides information and emotional support from the survivors' perspective to women with gynecologic cancers, their families and friends, and healthcare providers. Has a helpful discussion board where you can "chat" with other women.
