Topics Covered: This program will present the most up-to-date highlights of the 2004 American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting that are relevant to the clinical management of patients with breast cancer.
Program Objectives: At the end of the meeting participants will be able to:
- Describe the criteria for the treatment of early stage breast cancer
- Outline treatment options for women diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer
- Define the role of detection, prevention, and genetics in breast cancer
Who Should Attend: This meeting is for medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, hematology/oncology fellows, oncology nurses, and other health care professionals involved in the treatment of patients with breast cancer.
