Conference Objectives: After completing the activity, patients should be able to:

  • Diagnose patients with uncommon skin conditions;
  • Suggest work up or treatment of patients with resistant skin disease;
  • Learn from the presentation of patients with rare dermatoses;
  • Explore methods to improve health care quality;
  • Facilitate communication between physicians;
  • Gain consensus regarding best management, thereby reducing medical errors.

Who Should Attend: This program has been designed for faculty, residents and medical students of the Department of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson Medical College, Pennsylvania College of Osteopathic Medicine and Hahneman University and any healthcare professional interested in the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma.
