Conference Objectives: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be better able to:

Identify controversial issues relating to drug treatment of breast cancer, including biologics, manipulation agents, and chemotherapy.
Describe different partial breast techniques, as well as technical advances in radiotherapy, that have led to a decrease in toxicity profile.
Review surgical local control issues and varied techniques in breast conservation.
Review specialized tests completed in the laboratory to determine prognosis and treatment, such as HER2 testing and oncotyping.
Describe newer imaging modalities and their applications and pitfalls.
Explain aftercare issues relating to breast cancer survival.

Who Should Attend: This multidisciplinary conference is for physicians, oncology nurses, and other healthcare providers who treat and manage breast cancer patients.
