This shake is high in calories and protein. It is ideal for folks who are struggling with weight loss and difficulty swallowing during treatment.

Nutrition Facts

Per serving (2 per recipe) 630 calories
30 grams protein

Ingredients

1 cup whole milk
1 cup cottage cheese, small curd 4% milk fat
1 envelope Carnation Instant Breakfast® (French Vanilla flavor)
2 tablespoons condensed, sweetened canned milk
1 can sliced peaches (drained)
1 jar baby food – peaches
1 8-ounce container peach flavor fruited yogurt
6 tablespoons dry non-fat powdered milk

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix 30-45 seconds, pour into glass and serve. Freeze or chill any remaining smoothie for later. Makes 2 servings.
