You will need the following supplies:

  • _____ cans of _______________________________
  • _____ scoops of _____________________________
  • _____ ml water
  • Measuring cup
  • Blender or jar for mixing

Mixing Protein Powder

  1. Wipe the top of each can to remove any dust.
  2. Shake each can before opening.
  3. Mix the protein powder and water by using a blender or shaking well in jar until there are no lumps.
  4. In a large container, combine the liquid feeding and the protein mix and stir well.
  5. Keep open cans in the refrigerator and discard unused portions after 24 hours.
  6. Keep the protein powder mixture in the refrigerator and discard unused portions after 24 hours.
