I am submitting this entry in memory of my brother Joe Murphy. He was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma at age 30 in February 1994.
My brother was a comedian and writer for most of his life. He chose to deal with his cancer in a way that came very naturally to him -- through humor.
A collection of over 30 photographs, taken during his illness, capture some of Joe's humor, as well as how he changed both physically and emotionally throughout his battle with cancer.
