How can I find clinical trials for my dog who has been diagnosed with cancer?

That's a good question. Clinical trials can give you access to new therapies and help those animals who are diagnosed in the future - including humans, as some therapies are used in humans as well. The Veterinary Cancer Society keeps a list of trials.
