The American Botanical Council: an independent, nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to providing accurate and reliable information on the responsible use of herbs and medicinal plants for consumers, healthcare practitioners and others. American Nutraceutical Association: Mission is to develop and provide educational materials and program on nutraceuticals and nutrition for health care professionals, consumers and others. Consumer Lab: Provides periodic reports of selected dietary supplements that have been tested for content and contaminants. International Bibliographic Information on Dietary Supplements (IBIDS): database to help health professionals find scientific literature on dietary supplements. This is part of the Office of Dietary Supplements site, which may also be helpful.
