Smoking is very harmful, you can get lung cancer. If you get this you'll die. If you don't stop now bit could happen to you. You wont be able to breath very good, and when you run you will have trouble breathing. If you smoke it might even stunt your growth. So if you smoke you should try to quit now. When you start it is hard to stop.

Smoking Rates Still Low for Most Health Care Professionals

Jan 9, 2014 - Compared with 2006 to 2007, smoking rates among health care professionals for 2010 to 2011 continue to be lowest in physicians and highest in licensed practical nurses, according to a research letter published in the Jan. 8 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association, a theme issue on tobacco control.
