  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1½ cup raw spinach
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Cinnamon or nutmeg to taste
  • Water as necessary
  1. Add all ingredients. Blend until smooth adding water as necessary.
