Young Adult Cancer Awareness Month
Every year 70,000 people between the ages of 15 and 39 (young adults, YAs) are diagnosed with cancer. Despite the many advances in cancer care, survival rates in this group have not changed in 40 years. But YAs aren’t sitting by quietly- they’ve started a movement to create change.
Get the facts about cancer in YAs on OncoLink or learn more from Critical Mass! Join a tweet chat for young adults on April 2nd at 8pm with the top young adult cancer advocacy organizations.
