Psychosocial Educational Materials Satisfaction and Use Survey

PEMS Study

A cancer diagnosis impacts the whole person-the physical (the body), the emotional (how we cope or “deal” with cancer), the practical (transportation, work, insurance, child care, housing) and the spiritual. When an individual is struggling with physical, emotional, practice or spiritual issues, this is referred to as cancer related distress. This survey will focus on materials provided to you by your care team about the emotional, practical and spiritual needs of patients and caregivers.

The purpose of this survey is research. Your participation is voluntary. The answers are anonymous and there is no risk or benefit to you for participating. If you have questions about the study, contact the OncoLink team at 215-662-3592 or email [email protected]
