Endometrial (uterine) cancer is the most common gynecological cancer in the US, with an estimated 55,000 new cases each year. The most common type is endometrioid adenocarcinoma, followed by papillary serous and clear cell adenocarcinomas. Uterine sarcoma is another type of endometrial (uterine) cancer.
