One Drop

Cancer has returned. Is the glass half-empty or half-full?
Sometimes this is NOT the question.
At first glance, the glass may seem to have toppled, spilling the contents and eliminating the question altogether.
Perhaps the better question is "What was in the glass?"
Perhaps it contained something as simple as chocolate milk.
Perhaps it contained a fine champagne.
Perhaps it had contained something far better.
Perhaps it was pond water -- filled with minnows and tadpoles for a child to contemplate.
This being the case, careful study of the single remaining drop will reveal a thousand miracles.
